Amplats negotiate with Royal Bafokeng on Styldrift

AMPLATS/ROYAL BAFOKENG NATION ("RBN")
Negotiations are taking place between Amplats and the RBN. Amplats owns and is currently developing the Bafokeng-Rasimone mine. The RBN owns the adjacent Styldrift property. The negotiations are aimed at establishing a partnership in terms whereof the properties are combined and the values of both parties’ interests are enhanced.
