Finalisation announcement relating to the change of name

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the Company on 8 May 2025, advising that the proposed name change of Anglo American Platinum Limited to Valterra Platinum Limited (“Change of Name”) was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The special resolution for the Change of Name was accepted and placed on file by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
Accordingly, the following salient dates relating to the Change of Name are confirmed as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company:

Notes:
- The above dates and times are local times in South Africa.
- Share certificates in the name of Anglo American Platinum Limited may not be dematerialised or rematerialised after the last day to trade prior to the Change of Name, being Tuesday, 27 May 2025.
- Shareholders are reminded that shares in companies listed on the JSE can no longer be traded on the JSE unless they have been dematerialised onto the Strate system.
