Valterra Platinum announces independent non-executive director appointments

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Deborah Gudgeon and Ms. Thoko Mokgosi-Mwantembe as independent non-executive directors with immediate effect. These appointments ensure the appropriate balance of knowledge, skills, experience and diversity on the Board for it to discharge its governance role and responsibilities objectively and effectively into the future, including in relation to the Company’s secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Following the appointment of two additional independent non-executive directors, the Company’s Board will comprise eleven independent, non-executive directors and two executive directors.
