Valterra Platinum lists on London Stock Exchange, signaling the completion of demerger from Anglo American

02 June 2025 - Valterra Platinum Limited today celebrates its listing on the International Secondary Listing segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VALT”. This follows the demerger from the Anglo American group which concluded on Saturday 31 May 2025.

Valterra Platinum also announced that its entire issued share capital, consisting of 265,292,206 ordinary shares, has today been admitted to the Equity Shares (International Commercial Companies Secondary Listing) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority. This listing is alongside Valterra Platinum’s existing primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange with the share code “VAL”.
